4yr old spicy food addict?

My 4yr old son, Noah LOOOOVES spicy foods! One day my older neice came by eating hot cheetos and she went to the restroom (leaving the cheetos on the coffee table) and i caught him eating them! Then one day when i got off work, i brought a spicy jalapeno burrito home from lunch and i left it in the fridge..a few hours later i was going to eat it but i realized i left my purse in the car so i left the burrito behind and i came in to find Noah sitting on the counter eating it! whenever there are spicy foods in the house he always finds a way to get them!! And he never asks for water or complains about the burning. (he also tries to put hot sauce on everything!) Please help. Is this normal??? What do i do??
