How do I get into music journalism?

I'm 15 years old and when I get older I would love to be a music journalist and write album reviews for newspapers and interview musicians. But I was wondering what course should I do to improve my writing skills and how to apply to work for a newspaper. I was also wondering if I have to be sociable to have a career in music journalism seeing as i'll have to meet new people. My favourite music is pop and I usually visit the popjustice website (which is written by NME and Guardian journalist).
