Where can I buy Jalapeno peppers seedlings in Toronto, Canada?

I don't know about Toronto. I order mine from Tomato Baby, on-line. But I don't know the rules about shipping over the border. I know what I get from her is consistently healthy, and strong and reasonably priced. (I gave up trying to raise mine from seed, too. It's a hassle!)
