Should I see my dentist?

I have this tooth that it grew behind my bottom front teeth because not growing in straight in the small space it has. So it's a little higher up probably because of being behind the teeth . It's 1 or 2 cm higher than the rest of my bottom but it has been bugging me alot like when ever I touch I can feel it rock back and foward.I'm wondering if it's adult tooth could I get it pulled or don't!?I'm only 16 but this tooth really bugs me
