Vegetarians/vegans have you eaten meat by accident?

Well i did today, my brother bought home a subway looking loaf of bread, i grabbed a piece bit into it and swallowed it, the thing is it tasty spicy i thought it was some form of jalapeno than the second bite, i was like is this bacon? it was shredded bacon in bread, i was oh my god, am i still a vegetarian, dam im never eating bread again. i never knew bacon was spicy
