What is it i really need to know?

okay it is on my leg it is sorta in the shape of a circle it is white with red mixed in surrounding that is yellow stuff and on the skin around that area it is all red.what i need to know is what sorta bug bite this is and if it is even a bug bite and i need to know what to do to get rid of it HELP HURRY it really hurts
