Is University of Hartford a good school?

I am looking into colleges for next year and i came across the University of Hartford. It looks like a beautiful campus but its 14 hours away from my hometown and while I want nothing more than to go away for school i don't want to go somewhere that's not going to be a good fit for me. Im interested in an arts feel and fromm what i can tell Hartford looks like it has that. I am thinking of maybe studying photography/art. Also I'd be interested in maybe journalism or creative writing classes. I'm also interested in theatre. Just wondering if University of Hartford would have the kind of feel that i want. Please let me know if you have any insights or even maybe other suggestions of schools that i should look into.
