What kind of bug is this?

it is small and grey. it also has long antennae and a thin body. i think they bite, because i have been bitten by bugs often recently. i need to know what they are, it was inside my house and they have wings. i can't see all the details because they are so small... it is roughly 4 or 5 mm in length, but i'm not sure exactly
