What's that movie called?

I forgot the name and now its really bugging me! It has Reese witherspoon, she used to live in an apartment, but got in a car crash and went into a coma. Her "spirit" still lives in the apartment but another guy moves in there. They fall in love (love-hate relationship) and he ends up saving her. Please! What is this called!!!!!
